Most issues have been addressed... the only thing I can see here that hasn't been thought of is whether or not the proportioning valve is in the line to the front brakes or the rear brakes.
New (or rebuilt) calipers shouldn't stick without hydraulic pressures. The lines are new, the residual valve should have been taken out of (or not installed in) the master cylinder. So let's see if we can sort something out.
Calipers sticking hydraulically can only mean that the pressure or fluid cannot return to the master cylinder. So how about taking off a caliper and compressing the piston and observing whether or not the fluid freely flows back into the master cylinder and reservoir?
