Re: Wheel trim ring as stock?

I remember as a kid in the 60's we had alot of those type trim rings around the machine shed on the farm. Many had fake wide whitewalls included. Lots of different styles. My dad and his twin brother were into cars and worked on alot of them on the farm. Us kids had a 48 Dodge we banged around the pasture and grove with. It had a different style trim ring on each wheel. It also had a split exhaust manifold with the pipes sticking straight up out of the hood. Way more fun than a pony !!
