I have always thought that the bucket seat/console shift black interior was the most popular of all muscle/pony cars through out the sixties, so I am envious because my '64 Polora is not equipped that way (unless I equip it that way but it is not original)
However, my '66 Coronet 500 is, and I am in the process of restoring it's interior, so that kind of makes up for it, but it is just slightly a little outside the subject matter of this group.
I have considered changing my '64 Polora's interior to a 500 interior with bucket seats and console shift (I do have a '64 console), But after carefully thinking it over, I wanted to keep the unique push button shifter, and also the car will be put together a lot quicker if I don't get side tracked changing things like that. So the bench seat with the armrest stays. But I still need to replace all of the seat covers, carpets, and headliner. Why not black? And I checked, the only new door panels available are for the 500's, and black is one of the colors. That will work. What do you think?

of mine saw it and called me i had it towed to my sons house and
only saw some cell phone pictures when i went there yesterday its too good
to be a parts car no motor or trans
