I have not but Car and Driver did a review comparing the two systems (not Mopar) http://www.caranddriver.com/features/electric-vs-hydraulic-steering-a-comprehensive-comparison-test-feature One incentive is the electric gives more MPG so the car companies are jumping on it. You can talk to Firm Feel http://www.firmfeel.com/ and Steer and Gear http://www.steerandgear.com/ to see what they suggest could improve your car's manual steering. Flaming River sells a quick ratio 16:1 new Mopar manual steering box though I can't recall the years it fits. You could also consider switching your 330 to traditional power steering. Let us know what you discover. Thanks, Gary H. > -------Original Message------- > > Has anybody investigated the retrofitting of electric assisted steering > (EAS) to a manual steering box? An Australian company is offering the kit at AUD1300. -- -- -- Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
