The question can not be safely answered on line,,,,,, the hole it self does not mean much, where it is at, and how much metal deterioration to the metal around it is the deciding factor,,,,,

I've found a place called Safe-T-Caps http://autorust.com/store/ , but I think their stuff is for actual C-Bodys, not '62's . I'll know when I hear back from them.  Does anyone know of other sources to fix the frame rails if they need it?
 
This is my second '62.  I rescued it from a feild last year with the thought of selling it since I already had one,  but, um ...  somehow I never got around to selling it. So now I'm excited to fix it.
