Like Dodger says, you can bolt on a real max wedge intake onto those stock heads but the manifold's ports are way bigger than the head ports.  If you haven't got an intake yet, you can just choose the 440 port size version from A&A, like they did in the Car Craft engine.  A&A can supply literally everything needed including Edlebrock carbs that have had their throttle arms already modified to work with stock max wedge linkage.
