Although not clear on the page I linked you to, AAJ specializes in front and rear disc brake kits for '36 and up Mopars. The link is to his page for "Rear Disc Brake Conversion for Tapered Axles". He no longer has his prices listed in the web pages but generally they run about $275 for just the conversion pieces, and you then buy the rotors, calipers etc locally, or about $525 for a complete kit including everything needed, of course the shipping is a lot higher for the complete kits too. I have his front kits for my '65 Imperial and '49 coupe.Also, an ebay seller by the username "scarebird" sells several Mopar rear disc conversion kits but in looking at his listings just now, I didn't see any for tapered axles.
