block. Measuring, or decoding the casting number are the ways to
tell.

Not sure what he has, I did a search on the wo39 and found nothing,
but at least part of his info is wrong, there never was a B block 413,
however there was an RB 383 if you can get him to measure the mount holes
from one head to the other we could establish if it is for a B or RB
engine
