RE: Radiator requirement

The fitment was bolt in, no mod.  The thermal switch screws into a bung in the bottom tank and controlls the fan that way from the factory.  I am utilizing one of the two fan controllers from the MoPar Performance computer that controls the engine.  It also controls the tank mounted fuel pump.  "Single!"

A Griffin  aluminum with an electric fan in my 63 Fury hardtop and it looks like a stock radiator.  Drove about 120 miles city & highway on a 118 degree day full sun with no problems with engine or tranny overheating.
