I saw this article in "Mopar Muscle" about the "Top 10 Mopar muscle cars" chosen by readers of that mag.
Certainly not a scientific survey but interesting nonetheless. Of course, no 62-65s made the list.

The list depends on how "Muscle Car" is defined. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle_car tries to do that.
I think there is plenty of muscle in a 383 powered 62-65 B, or the letter series Chrysler street cars. The '65 Formula S Fish and Dart equivalent sounded cool and were not bad either. The early max wedge and Hemi cars would not fit the definition of streetable muscle car though.
