"Mud Jacking". If a Mud Jacker is good they can level a floor that was never level. Watched them raise a floor that had sunk about three to four feet back to level in a Denver Public schools warehouse after we raised the building back level, back in the eightys.

Another possibility-- if you have concrete floors and sectioms of it
has sunk in to make it no longer level, there is a way of drilling
holes in the existing concrete , in the proper location , and pumping
wet concrete under the existing slab until it raises the floor back to
level. . I have seen this done on sidewalks and it works
