Hey Neal,
Package is legit. Part of Mother Mopar's ways of using special editions to stimulate sales. Car will probably sell for around $6k... or so says word on the street.

Here is s a stumper for y'all. I have never heard of it. There's a 65
dart on eBay right now with the "go-go package". Anybody ever hear of
this before?
