Just got my bucket seat foam for my 63 SF from Legendary yesterday. Our local seat cover guy in town passed away. A friend told me about another seat cover business North of us where he had a new factory material seat cover made and installed for his Chevy pickup for $250. He said the guy did quality work. I have new Legendary seat covers front and back, so I called the guy and he wanted $375 to replace the covers with my seat covers and foam from Legendary. It this a fair price in most places ? I've thought about replacing them myself and didn't know if anyone else has done this ? Tough job or fairly easy ? I suppose you would need some hog ring pliers and maybe a heat gun or warm the covers in the sun before installation.
