I remember seeing an article now and then about him in SoCal racing scene.Drove that daytona! he was a very large and imposing person in the pics.It appeared you would want him to be your friend!..lol he was rather obscure or just stayed out of the limelight.

I do remember him.
That was a long time ago.
Early 70's?
I remember reading of him in the car magazines of the day.
