Yes, it is good to check local vendors. There are also some windshield vendors and glass search utilities on the 62-65 Vendor's page, http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/restoration-sources.html in the "Body - Sheet Metal / Bumpers - Gas Tanks" section.
