Fixed - Starter Problems

Turn  out my faulty starter was just a loose connection of the wire from the 
battery to the starter.  


I guess the good results besides the starting now working is that I found a good 
spare starter in the garage attic and my missing fuel pressure sender while 
looking for the spare starter.  Some good came out of the problem.
