Who knew such a simple problem could have so many possible problems/solutions.  I was hesitanat to even ask the question.  Kinda glad I did ask!

 

No luck, so far.  My voltage meters seemed to have crapped out on me when I did my testing yesterday.  Heading to the store for a new multimeter after work today.
