Ignition thoughts

I thought I might just interject this little tid bit about the Mopar Electronic ignition.  I have that set up on LeRoar and I'm using the Orange box.  It has been said this can't go over 6000rpm's.  Is mine defective as I'm running up to the 7500rpm mark !???  I wonder what will happen if I put in a Chrome box??
