Thanks !!! I received a lot of great information and suggestions that are really appreciated. I am not expecting to do anything large, I doubt if I will ever weld 1/4" or larger however I do have a 250 amp AC/DC welder if I need it. (I would have a friend come over for stick welding, I am not good at it) I went for the Eastwood MIG 135 based on reviews on the site and Google searches on the machine, it sounds like a really solid machine. I used a MIG welder for the first time last week, I think it is a type of welding I can do with practice. Again, Thanks Dennis C.
