I did buy the Eastwood 200 TIG 220 /110 volt and their plasma cutter. The plasma cutter makes short work of removing old floorboards. They are on sale together with a cart for 1200. I paid close to 4000 for the Miller. The 200DX 120/460 volt Miller has more settings making it easier to weld with once it's set correctly. It is worth the money if you are planing on welding allot. Miller now make a TIG/MIG and stick welder all in one. Have not priced it. Try weldingtipsandtricks.com on YouTube. Has lots of good info.
