Re: Parts cleaning question

OK thnaks. I am taking it to radiator shop tomorrow so they can remove brackets and then we'll blast them and I'll repaint and have them braised back on. Since we've got the factory rediator and shroud that fits our kluge and car,  we're treating then like gold and I'll be glad to get the old rust off the back side of brackets and hopefully it will last longer! Thanks again. Hi Ruth,
I find with my glass bead system I can use light pressure on the pedal (cut the air pressure) and clean fragile items sucessfully. You might want to cover the core with cardboard.

Hi guys. I'm parts cleaning and dealing with the radiator from he?? The side brackets have been welded onto it and they're very rusty. Too many little nooks and cranies to get into to get clean. I want to glass bead it but what about damage to radiator itself in doing that.  I've been using my Dremel but that will take me a week if it lasts that long! Thanks, Ruth
