from your description, it sounds like a fuel problem. some questions:
- on the dyno, was your motor still making power at 6300 rpm? or was
the HP dropping off precipitously? did you have the electric fuel
pump on during the dyno?
- where did you put your electric fuel pump? should be as close to
the tank as possible as it is easier to push fuel then pull fuel.
- did you remove your mech fuel pump? if removed, what regulator are you using?
- does your e-fuel pump require a return flow back to the tank?
- do you have enough amps to run the e-fuel pump?
a fuel pressure gauge is critical to understand where you stand.
