Mopar Fans: Glad to hear Dodger is getting better.Still working on the BAM Project, 1965 Dodge Coronet 500, and am currently doing the interior.
Quick question on the interior paint. I noticed where the paint flaked off on the floor, no rust involved, there did not seem to be any primer. I know the interior has never been redone. There are only a few spots that need to be repainted. My car is dark metallic blue on the out side. My manuals say it was acrylic enamel. I found a guy that can get me a spray can of the original acrylic enamel but I was wondering what type of primer if any at all based on what I have seen from the factory.
Also, would the dash have been the same color as the exterior? Mine I am sure has faded.
