FIXING/RESTORING WINDOW REGULATORS?

Hey guys,

I have a 64 dodge 880 4DHT.... The window regulators are all sketchy, rough, and dont work right.... its hard to get them to work at all really..... I'm wondering how I would go about restoring them to great working condition... or is my best bet to buy an after market set that will fit?  I'm lost here guys and gals... a little info would be great!  Thanks!
