No, it's closer to the 1962 Chrysler Newports, NYers, and 300s.  62-64.  I know the trunk floor is the same, you can get them on Ebay or at Rock Auto.  If you look up a 64 Dodge 880 you won't find it, but if you look up a 62 Newport you will find it.  Check the photos, I'm pretty sure they are right for a 64.  Not a 65, it's totally different.  My interchange book dosent have floors listed. 

 

My book says that the lower quarters are only 1964 880 Convert.  The lower part should be the same as the 2 door HT.
