Re: Question!

Yea I love my car. What I'd really like to do is sell it, and take the money and put it with some I got and buy my friends 67 belvedere. What I love about my car is the fact I can drive it wherever, whenever. I was just going thru some stuff n was thinking about it cause I needed something to put my mind to. If anyone would like my 880, or would like to trade let me know. I keep an open mind. Until then I'm just gonna appreciate it and drive it :)

In my opinion you should go with the car you like the most. Collector cars should be about desire over investment. I turned down 50k at a Mopar show in Florida for my 62 W-300 I love my truck and its been thru s crappy marriages and its still mine. I gave 1200 at a city sale in Orlando and owned it for 25 years. Special order from Seagrave fire equipment and one of a kind. Its only my opinion but it should be a gut feeling over value or investment. Wether its a Mopar or a classic Mustang or what ever makes you feel good owning and driving it.

Subject: Question!

So I have an opportunity, it makes me sad to talk about it but I'd like an opinion. A guy in Texas wants to look at my car, to trade. He has a 1940 Buick special with a straight 8. Needs tlc and a paint job, interior looks awesome as does motor and tranny, no rust. For my 64 dodge 880. He wants 9k for it, as it's listed on the Internet right now, I only paid 4k for the dodge. I love my Mopar but would this be my chance to make a better investment? I'm just humoring the idea, just thought I'd get opinions from Mopar guys. My cars just te standard 4 door.
