I have to be honest, I do worry about some of the worries some have here... You do not have to have the drum swaged on. That word is 'swaged', pronounced 'swaijed'. It refers to the shaping of metal by pressure, according to the Funk & Wagnells. When you get the drum off and put on the new one, it is not necessary. Provided the drum sits straight on the hub, the clamping pressure of the wheel nuts will hold it in place MORE than would ever be necessary. On the other hand, for the front, I do think that the Scarebird kit is too good to pass on if you're of a mind to improve the car's braking system. A bit of hunting around for the right discs and calipers, a few hours unbolting and bolting things up and you've got what you really need. I'm sure there's no difficulty in home-fitting these kits.
