First you need replacement studs.
I've done a search on studs and I found Imperial used #2405144 in
1963. I'm not sure if that is the same stud your car used, but I'm
guessing it is.
You'd need to find someone with a Hollanders manual to confirm that
they would indeed work on your car.
I doubt any brake shops in Louisiana will be able to help you with
this.
They will probably ruin what you have left that is still
salvageable.
Chrysler studs in right hand thread for 1963 PN #2405144
After you've been fortunate enough to locate useable studs, then you
can think about removing studs, but I'm guessing that you are going
to have to drill away the swedged shoulder of the studs, then press
out the remaining stud with a hydraulic press.
Not a
hammer.
You aren't going to be able to do any of what I'm proposing
without careful measuring.
You've ruined the drum, but you don't want to ruin the hub.
A machine shop may be your best bet, if you are intent on using your
hub.
I wouldn't trust some knot head young guy at your local brake shop.
They've probably never seen anything like what you have, and whoever
you engage to remove those studs needs to have a clear understanding
of exactly what they are doing.
They are going to have to use a drill bit that is sized to the
outside diameter of the stud shoulder. Not the threads, and by no
means no larger than the stud shoulder.
A few dealers stock these studs:
Silke's Auto Parts Inc JACKSONVILLE, FL 3221 is another stocking
dealer.
Good Luck!

So jimmy, when asking a shop should I just ask for the took to cut off studs or for them to "swag" it? Someone said something about cutting the studs yet others talk about swagging. Idk of any shop around here knows how to work on an old Mopar!

To Swage or swedge is usually defined as re-shaping metal to a desired form.
An example is to form a swage nipple, creating a pipe nipple that is funnel shaped. A pipe nipple that has two different pipe diameter ends. Usually a 1/2"x 3/4" , a 3/4"x1" , etc, or put more simply, a reducer.
Normally both ends are concentric, but not always.

I called a shop in town, said swagging is heating up the drum or hub an getting it off...idk if that's right. They told me to bring everything and they'll "figure it out" lol
