To fix this up right you would probably put in more than the high retail value of one of these that was completely restored or an extremely well maintained original: that is, about $12k for a 1963 Plymouth Valiant Signet or about $11,500 for a Plymouth Valiant V200, per NADA. Of course, doing so with cash is okay if you love a car.
