I used a similar setup from master power brake with the same booster bracket on the back, as on yours. Went through all of the alignment issues and rod choices (MPB sent three or four rod choices with there kit) just to find out the master cylinder hit the hood on my 63 Fury. After the third unit with out the bracket MPB got it right. I had to replace the brake support plate that sandwiches the outside of the firewall to cover up the plethora of holes. Before you go through it all your self, check your hood / master cylinder clearance using there bracket.
Here is a photo of what I ended up doing. Using a unit with out the bracket.

Has anyone put a set of mbmbreak kit DBK6272 on a 64 Dodge Polara? I'm
having problems with my kit. Page 12 has a pattern to cut out the fire
wall in order to fit the new booster bracket. I followed there specs
and cut out the fire wall. Just to find out it does not work. The rod
that goes to the break pedal hits the fire wall. Anyone out there
used this kit and if so what did they do to make it work.
Thanks
