The 62-63 Plymouth cowl and windshield is different than the 65 Ply B body, so maybe there is a curve variation?  But if the width is not an issue then I don't see how that would prevent some sort of fabricating a fit for the inside dash panel, if it is not a true "bolt in" swap.
