Missing cylinders

My 63 Polara with 383 4 barrel AFB has been running rougher and
rougher. I'm now missing on 3 cylinders. I'm going to be doing some
deeper diagnosing over the holiday weekend but I'm hoping to get some
initial thoughts. I had enough time the other day to pull plug wires
from the distributor while idling.  For sure 3 cylinders are missing;
when I pulled them it made no difference in the rough idle. They ARE
getting a spark at least when I hold the end of the cable over the
vacant distributor hole. I didn't have time to figure out exactly
which cylinders are missing; I'll do that this weekend.

Plug wires are only 2 years old. So is rotor and distributor cap and
plugs. My plan over the weekend is to pull the plugs and check for
fouling. Then I was going to check the timing. Someone suggested the
ignition module might be the culprit. Does this make sense? Is NAPA
a good source or should I be looking elsewhere?  I don't have points;
I have the 'magneto' inside the distributor but I'm not sure whether
it's Pertronix or what; I'll post a picture. It was there already
when I bought it.

If plugs are wet and fouled, I thought I'd try to adjust the idle
mixture, which I'd been planning on doing.

Any tips on what I should be looking for that would cause 3 cylinders
to miss? Maybe vacuum leak? I was missing 1 or 2 at first, then the
3rd went. I'm surprised it runs as much as it does on 5.

As always, thanks.
