Drink a few beers and grab a hammer and .... Oh, that's the Toyota FSM. ;)  Just kidding!

Been a while, but I  seem to recall there are corner pieces of trim held on with screws that you remove. Once the corner pieces are off, use your hands to pry off the trim above and below the glass.  If you need leverage use some wooden pry to protect the car's paint. Pry carefully so you don't bend or dent the trim. You're probably going to put on a new gasket so you can take a box knife and cut the old gasket and pull it off then remove the glass. Once all is out look closely for rust holes where the gasket was. You can buy new clips to hold the trim. The old clips are often rusty crusty.  Someone chime in if I forgot some step or to clarify please.
