Been working on my front end project today. 41 Ply AKA 64
Valiant.
Went over to my buddies rod shop and we pressed all the
bushings. Upper A frame we put in “mogg problem solvers”. That is the offset
bushings to allow for more positive camber adjustment and LCA bushings. It was a
slow go and none came out easy.
Upon arriving home I worked on the drivers side. Strut rod
bushings installed, strut rod, LCA, torsion bars, A frame, shocks
installed.
I discovered that the shocks in the vehicle were Ford
shocks. 1985-1996 F150 and Bronco. I replaced them with Valiant shocks. Have a
pic so you all can see the difference.
Tomorrow I will continue on.
