Subject: 1965 Plymouth Satellite trim piece?

Any 1965 Plymouth Satellite experts know if there is a trim piece on all the 1965 Plymouth Satellites above the tail light on the quarter panel? It is a small, curved stainless trim piece, apparently stainless,  that appears to be on the car pictured here:

It appears to be painted here:

Or are there several versions of 1965 Plymouth Satellites with regards to that trim piece?
