1963 Chrysler Newport limo?

This is certainly a rare car, though I'm thinking the fact that it was made into a limo does not drastically change the "worth" of the vehicle. NADAs regular price guide reads for a 1963 Newport 4 door sedan with 413 engine:
Low retail $3,248
Average $5,462
High retail $7,475

Description: 1963 Chrysler Newport 4 door sedan converted into a limo. 413 V8, push button automatic.
Under 17k original miles. Runs and moves, but needs to be gone through, carb, exhaust, etc. 
It has been sitting inside a garage for its whole life, and only came out for some
parades. The garage it was in a few years back had some storm damage and dropped some debris on top of 
the car, denting the hood and busting the rear window.

Any opinions about if being a limo makes the Chrysler more "valuable" than a normal 1963 Newport 
 4 door sedan with 413 engine? That is a $3000-5000k car as is?
