Far as I know and what I've been told ,it's 85% ethanol in E-85

I think that most every gasoline has some content of ethanol, usually
about 10% in order to prevent carburator icing in the wintery states.

Then of course there is the "FlexFuel" E85 ethanol which is 85% ethanol.
