These may not be too hard to find. Anyone who put headers on their motor may have the old log manifolds stored in their parts treasure trove. :)
Also, the early '60s factory exhaust manifolds are not the best for performance, so folks have also
replaced them with the later Hi-po BB stock manifolds and may have saved the old manifolds.
