I to agreed with Don on the smaller pulley...but never could find one. A performance water pump is considerably cheaper.

Here is what I think every one with overheating problems was looking, for a 6 inch waterpump pulley?  If I recall Don's fix in an old overheat topic was a 6 inch pulley to replace the 5 inch one that came on most of our cars.  Can anyone confirm?  This guy is proud of this item but, they are hard to come by and do resolve the problem.  BTW I do not know or have any affiliation with this vender, I am posting as an FYI.
