Yea you can't just spend 500 to a 1000 an get a nice paint job anymore. I got lucky once with an el camino I had and got it for a 1000. One person I brought it too wanted 8000 for the same thing. I know half the time it depends on if they need the work or not..Id really like to get the 880 painted cause whoever did it last didn't prep right.
