RE: Carlisle anyone?

It was done by Drop Top in Florida. They made the Prototype Challenger convertible for Chrysler to bring on the car show circuit in 2008, before the financial mess killed that idea off. Looks/works factory with loads of cross members welded underneath and in the trunk. I would love to drive my 64' Fury convertible down, but that's a big trip for an old car/man!

Hey,
I usually wait to see what the weather is doing as we are campers. If it's all clear I like to head out Thursday afternoon before traffic. Set up and camp that night, then do the show Friday and the 1/8 mile drags Friday night. Been going home on Saturday as my 12 year old can only handle so much car stuff. If the weather is bad, I'll wait till it clears. As a bonus (for me anyway!) I'll be taking my brothers 2009 B-5 blue SRT8 Challenger convertible. So it should be a nice ride down there. Be happy to caravan down with you Jim!
