Fairly common part for carbs.You "should" be able to go to a quality parts shop and buy a new one.IF NOT.check your local mechanic,almost all of them will have one laying in a drawer  in their tool chest.

Paul,,,,,,, The Help section may be a source, but have my doubts,,,,my best guess would be go to U Pull It,,,  am sure that this type of clip is used on other vehicles as well
