63 Dodge teardown

Good father-son day today, as we parted out a 63 Dodge 330 for my
wagon. My 25 year son got right in there and did a lot of the work. I
came close to asking everyone how to get the end of the grill
disassembled but finally figured out the bolts were behind the front
splash shields. Pulled the fenders, grill, pedals, gauges, etc.. I'm
thinking about cutting the rear quarters partially off since I need
some metal for the wagon. What's everyone's best way ? I have a die
grinder, nibblers, saws all, etc..
Never cut off any quarters but if I take my time, shouldn't be too
bad. This car had some rust issues but the quarters weren't too bad.
