Re: Imperial Services

Still waiting for my motor mount, almost a month now...so my car sits, in the garage, with the old mount out and the engine jacked up, waiting....car show this weekend so I guess I'll be putting the old mount back in (maybe frankenmount it for now so my engine is level) unless I get lucky tomorrow...

I sent them an e-mail over a week ago but haven't heard back, really how much work is it to check your e-mail once every couple days and communicate with your customers...a simple "it's on the way" or "out of stock but we'll be making some up in two weeks"  goes a long way with customers....

I could have sent the pair out elsewhere and had them rebuilt for about $50 more than one of their "special" mounts, I figured just buying the one I need would be alot faster...guess not! Will give them another week to two, if it doesn't show will call for a refund and send mine out to be repaired..can't wait all summer!

An update,  I received my cable by Priority Mail that I have been waiting so long for.  "Thank You" to whom ever got the ball rolling.

Is there anyone on this list know or live close to Steve Charette with Imperial services?  This July it will be One Year that I have been waiting for the correct cable for the pushbutton conversion he did for me.  My 63 Fury with a 6.1 has been done and sitting waiting for the cable.

If they answer the phone (I know I make jokes) they say O YA we will have it next week.  Weeks go by and nuthin, then I call leave messages with no call back.  Even said to call me collect, No Call Back.  Can anyone help me on here?
