You guys got me reminising. My Dad was a farmer and did all of his own daily maintenance He was above average in mechanics. When He did take something into town for repairs, when he got it home, he would tear it down to make sure in his mind that they did it right 8-) . He was a dyed in the wool Mopar guy. When I was ready to move on from repairing my bicyle. He gave me an old Maytag washing machine gas engine to tear down and put back together. For Christmas he got me a little box of starter 3/8 drive socket set. That was about 55 years ago, and I still have it. I could tell stories all day about him. My dad only made it to age 67. Next month it'll be 17 years that he's been gone.
