posting pics tutorial please

Hi, can somebody explain to me ( slooowwwly and simply, technophobe
here) how we post pics on here now. I am sure its been asked and
explained , but of course I wasn't listening. I have a question for
you guys that i think  requires  pictures to make any sense.
