Dealing with pot metal chrome restoration is an expensive business. To do it correctly the piece must be thourally cleaned and dripped in copper until all the pits are filled. Then you chrome it.
Its expensive. Many thanks to EPA regulations and government intervention. Ollie-----Original Message----- From: Jim Rowland

I appreciate the heads up on areas to be painted black. I am talking with an outfit in RI to possibly doing the whole console or at-least part of it. They are a little pricier than i thought but than a gain anything dealing with chrome seems to be expensive. Looking forward as to how you resolve the roughness issue. Jim 1965 Coronet 440 CI.
