window rollers?

List, 

I was removing the broken door glass from my 64 Polara 500 today. No problems getting the remnants out but I'm wondering if I'm missing some rollers or bushings. 
On the window regulator there are two pins that ride in slot on the glass mounting bracket, These have a retainer clip to hold the glass on the regulator. Mine are riding metal-on-metal. I'm thinking there should be a roller or bushing that covers the pins. 

Does anyone know what's supposed to be there? And where to get new ones?
