It's just a matter of removing the door handles and screws, then using a 
screw driver or trim-pry tool to release the fasteners around the trim 
panel.  Last time I lubed my regulators, I think I just used white 
lithium on the runners, cant remember what grease I used on the 
regulator gears itself
