I still like the screw in type.  Mine has the adpaters for short reach or long 
reach.  I just unscrew from the adapter then remove the adapter.  Never had very 
good luck with the hold em in type.

I like that design Rich. The screw in types are a PITA to use on a V8 with 
limited access to the plug holes. What brand is the one you have?
